Thank you very much for inviting me to judge your show. Thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish. Thank you for accepting my awards so sportingly. My two stewards kept it going smoothly which I appreciated, and to finish up with a very nice meal and company. A good day all round.

Veteran Dog or Bitch (6,3)

1^st Confues ANJOFRA NUTTY TART – 7 yr old red wheaten bitch, of good quality, good outline for age, pleasing head, good eye and expression, tailset good, in very good body shape, sound, handled well.

2^nd Dolans GLENROOD MAGIC PIPIT – 10 yr old, lovely head, with good strength of skull, nice type, in very good coat, went well for her age.

3^rd Parker-Tuckers UNIQUECOTTAGE RED SORCHA

Minor Puppy Dog (5,0)

1^st Peers TWEEDISLE THAT LONE GUY – Good quality class, the first two I liked very much, 7 mth old puppy, pleasing head, make and shape with pleasing expression, good body for age, strong quarters, lovely behind, went well back and forth. Needs a little bit more ring presence to finish the picture.

2^nd Mears GLENMEAR MARAUDER – thought this dog was going to be my winner today, closed him as he came in, my type, quality all the way through, lovely bone and well matured for age, strong bodied and strong behind. Just preferred the front movement on the winner, but once settled will certainly go places.

3^rd Saich LINDCOLY CAN WE FIX IT NAF

Puppy Dog (5,1)

1^st Walls CLOVERBROOK RAY OF SUNSHINE OVER SHEARWATER – 10 mth old brindle of excellent quality, liked his make and shape and type, pleasing head and eye, good strength of muzzle, nice neck and shoulders, correct body for age, tailset bang on top, very showy and in tip top condition, moved out well and handled well. Reserve Best Dog and Best Puppy in Show

2^ndSaichs LINDCOLY HERE’S HORACE – Bigger type than 1^st in make and shape, In very good coat, liked his strength of body, pleasing outline, went well.

3^rd Kinchins TYREECE’S TRICKS

Junior Dog (5,0)

1^st Parker-Tuckers UNIQUECOTTAGE RAYLEIGH – Loved this dog, was disappointed not to see him in my line up for best dog. Very typy and typical Cairn, correct size and shape, lovely head and expression, good eye. Neat ears, good clean neck and shoulders, well bodied for age, tailset bang on top, very sound back and forth when settled, with a true Cairn temperament. In nice condition.

2^nd Felters & Rumens LANDBUCK COLOUR CODE – 17 mth old, very nice type, liked his head and expression, good bone for age, neck and shoulder ok, well ribbed, tailset ok, would like more turn of stifle to give him more extension when viewing on side gait. Handled well.

3^rd Harrison & Inetts NONCOM INNET TO WINNIT WITH CARRADINE

Maiden Dog (1,0)

1^st Peers TWEEDISLE THAT LONE GUY

Novice Dog (5,2)

1^st King & Leightons CARRADINE MAYBE THE MOON AT HARKINLEIGH – Nice typy dog of 19 mths, lovely bone and well bodied with good strong loin, good quarters which he used, in good coat, would like a little bit more neck and lay back to finish picture, which affected his front movement coming towards me. Very showy.

2^nd King & Leightons CARRADINE NIGHT LISTENER AT HARKINLEIGH – 19 mth old, similair type to 1^st, good outline, again, nice head and shape, just lacks body compared to 1^st. Handled well.

3^rd Barneys ALFIE LUNAR HOPPER

Post Graduate Dog (4,1)

1^st Barneys ALFIE LUNAR HOPPER – silver brindle of good type and size, good strength of skull, pleasing head and muzzle, would prefer a better shoulder and neck, went well behind but lacked front extension, in good coat.

2^nd Saichs NEW ADVENTURE – brindle, liked his front, neck and shoulders, would like more length of rib and a little bit more length of loin to balance him. In good coat, showed well.

3^rd Purvis MOSSPUR LICENSED TO THRILL

Limit Dog (1,1)

Open Dog (3,1)

1^st Wards VANAJAM POP IDOL – A true Pop Idol, showed his head off, very attractive head and outline, lovely eye and expression, correct front, and shoulders, good length of neck, liked his spring of rib and length of loin, tailset bang on, very sound back and forth.

Very much an all-rounders dog, handled well. Best `Dog and Best In Show.

2^nd Saichs KIATAIA MASQUERADE – Different type to first, nice size and shape, pleasing head and expression, lovely body, good in front and nice behind. Just preferred the neck and shoulders of 1. Ok back and forth.

Special Beginners Dog (1,0)

1^st Purvis MOSSPUR LICENSED TO THRILL – Very good type and shape and size, liked his expression, ok body, fails behind when moving.

Minor Puppy Bitch (8,2)

1^st Weinbergers CORRENIE CHERRIE AMOUR – 7 mth old puppy, silver brindle who must have a good future in front of her. Lovely head and expression, liked her neck and shoulders and good front, good body for age, liked her strong topline, tailset bang on top which she used constantly, very good back and forth, in nice coat, loved her type. Best Puppy Bitch, just lost out on BPIS on maturity.

2^nd Fyfes ANDRUM PEACE TREATY - lovely cream bitch, lovely head and expression, overall make and shape good, pleasing going back and forth, in good coat, went well.

3^rd Peers TWEEDISLE SILVER LADY

Puppy Bitch (5,1)

1^st Dolans GLENROOD WARRIOR PRINCESS – Liked this little ten moth old bitch, very typy and very pleasing to the eye. Has all the essentials you would want. Very good body for her age, needs to settle on the move in front but going well behind. In nice condition.

2^nd Days TREKHILLI PICCALILLI – Little brindle bitch , lots to like about her once you put your hands on her, has all the pleasing essentials, but needs more confidence which will come in time. In very good order, sound back and forth.

3^rd Saichs LINDCOLY YEAH BUT NO BUT YEAH

Junior Bitch (12,2)

1^st Confues ANJOFRA WELCOME TO LA LA LAND – Best class of the day, some really nice Cairn bitches here, lovely quality bitch, won her class for her quality and type, good size, lots to like about her, very pretty head and expression, in good coat, correct body, moved well back and forth. Handled well. Best Opposite Sex.

2^nd Felters & Rumens LANDBUCK JAZZ HANDS – Cream bitch that took my eye, again very similair to the one in front, was picking hairs between these two. Lovely type and shape, nice size, in tip top condition, handled really well, just preferred the side action of 1^st.

3^rd Parker-Tuckers UNIQUECOTTAGE SEA BREEZE

Maiden Bitch (5,3)

1^st Sopers ELITECHARM ONLY GIRL – Won her class for her type and shape, pleasing head shape and proportions, would prefer a smaller eye which can alter expression, good body, tailset good, in good order, went well.

2^nd Peers EMPRESS THISTLE OF TWEEDISLE – 13 mth old youngster, very raw at the moment and not giving her best. But very pretty head and expression, nice bone for size, when settled moved ok.

Novice Bitch (2,1)

1^st Osborns TWESLAM PAWS FOR MAGIC – very type bitch, lots to like about her, liked her neck and shoulders and her spring of ribs, tailset good, overall eye and expression ok, would just like a slightly smaller ear to balance her head. In good coat, handled well.

Post Graduate Bitch (7,2)

1^st Moseleys CARRADINE SAPPHIRE AT SPAWYCHE – Liked this little bitch very much for her type and quality. Very pleasing overall picture, with all the correct proportions, moved out well back and forth, in good coat.

2^nd Dolans GLENROOD MYSTIC TOPAZ – Similar type to 1^st, again for overall type and shape, correct body and tailset, good quarters, needs to settle in front, went well.

3^rd Robinsons CRUZO CAITLIN

Limit Bitch (3,2)

1^st Osborns TWESLAM BONNIE ANNEE – Nice typy bitch, pretty head with correct shape eye, very showy, neck ok, but would like more layback of shoulder, length of ribs good and strength of loin, correct behind, tailset good,, moved out well going away, but coming towards me she was moving wide in front, In very good coat condition, handled well.

Open Bitch (3,2)

1^st Dolans GLENROOD FOREVER TOPPS – Loved this cream, so well balanced and type, liked her head, make and expression, good neck and shoulders with a good straight front, body ok with good tailset, very good behind which she used on the move. Just preferred the younger bitch in rib cage, in lovely condition, handled well. Reserve Best Bitch
