BOURNEMOUTH CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW
14th August 2006
Cairn Terriers
I was pleased with the overall quality of the dogs and thank the exhibitors who showed under me with it being a Monday. Heads and expressions have improved since I last judged 2 years ago, although I was surprised at the number of light eyes and a few incorrect mouths. A Cairns eye should be dark hazel, not light brown as some were, this spoils the Cairn expression.
I was pleased with both my dog and bitch line up. Dog C.C. was Ch Cannwood As If By Magic at Starveren who has matured into a strong masculine looking male. The bitch C.C. Mac Clouds Vanity Affair with Carradine, a new import, who oozes femininity, and the Best Puppy, Aizenay Que Sera Sera a new puppy who said ‘look at me’, she was gorgeous.

1. Peer’s Tweedisle A Special Magic, Wheaten just over 6 months, has a good head, clean neck and shoulders, good harsh coat, just needs to tighten in front movement.
