Cairn
Terriers
Judge; Ian Kettle It was a
pleasure and honour to judge these exhibits, saying that, many exhibits
lacked the correct dentition and were penalised. I found many level bites
which are useless in a working terrier (Fit for purpose) and again penalised,
many had no muscle tone whatsoever, lack of excercise and poor diet
contribute to this deficiency. Weather resistant coats are also a concern,
some were between coats, that is fine but some had no undercoat. that of
short , soft and close. MPD (5,2) 1.
