Cairn Terrier’s
Thank you to the National
Terrier for this appointment and to my stewards for their help keeping me on
track and running it smoothly.
I did find that we have
heads that are getting narrow with big ears; we do not want to loose that
mischievous head, which is our breed. Backbends were better since I judged
last, but fronts were not so good.
Minor Puppy Dog 8 (3abs)
1st Weinberger’s, Larchlea Come Fly With Me to Correnie, TAF. Grey Brindle,
nice pup. Good in head, eye & bite, neat ears. Neck that flowed into a good
lay of shoulder. Good top line, moved and showed well.
2nd Shannon & Storr’s,
Brenndarcy Trouble At Mill, Grey Brindle, pleasing head with good bite. Good
fore chest, top line and tail set. Good back end.
3rd Saich’s Lindcoly
Enterprise.
Puppy Dog 5 (1abs)
1st Wall’s, Cloverbrook Ray Of Sunshine over Shearwater. Red Brindle, balanced
head, mouth, ear set, well ribbed, good rear angulation, showed well.
2nd Saich’s, Lindcoly Can We
Fix It. Red, Smaller type than first, in full puppy coat. Neat head, dark eye,
correct bite. Moved and showed well.
3rd Warne’s Spirebrooke Dawn
Raider.
Junior Dog 6 (1abs)
1st Felter’s Rumen’s, Landbuck
Colour Code. Light Red, well balanced dog, moved so freely with reach and drive
around the ring, in need of a new coat. But could not deny him his class.
2nd Downie & Tate’s,
Jaeva Face the Music. Grey Brindle, A smart looking dog, tidy head dog, with
stop. Dark eye, good out line, showed well. Just preferred the front movement
of first.
3rd Marshall's,
Strathgartons Crackerjack.

Novice Dog 3 (0)
1st Peer's, Tweedisle That Lone Guy. Wheaten Brindle Lots too like, good head,
good eye, dark points, made well & moved well going and coming.
2nd Davies’, Tweedisle
Stargazer, Wheaten Brindle, good bite, dark eye, good top line into tail set
well on. Front movement not as good as 1st, he was not happy, did not
co-operate well with his handler.

1st Peers’, Tweedisle Guy
Mannering, Dark Brindle an upstanding dog. Good head, dark points, neck
that flowed into shoulders, good front and backend, moved very well, short of
coat to day,
2nd Smith’s, Rocasovale
Razzle Dazzle, Well bodied Grey Brindle. Masculine head, good stop. Would like
a bit more lay back of shoulder, preferred front of first.
3rd Lynch’s, Fieldron Call

1st Short’s, Glenchess All in the Stars, Grey Brindle, In excellent coat.
Handsome head, stop with dark eye. Neat ears, neck that flowed in too a good
lay of shoulder, strong back good turn of stifle moved well coming and going.
2nd Smee’s, Malmay King Of
The Road, Grey, nice head and shape. Level top line. Foot fall was good going
and coming.
3rd Templeton’s Larchlea

Best Dog class of the day, needed more 1st cards here.
1st Cameron’s, Stryveling Robb Ruadh. Red, a good honest dog. In good coat,
nothing over done here. Liked his head and expression. Good lay of shoulder,
Elbows fitted well into spring of rib, good fore chest., so sound, moved with
drive and showed so well. Happy to award him the CC. BOB.
2nd Catto’s, Ch &
Nor/Fin/Dan/SwedCh Birselaw Billy Fury. This dog was a joy to go over, what a
handsome Veteran, good head as you would expected from this Kennel, good front
assembly, good bone, top line. well ribbed, tail set on well, moved freely,
gave way to youth in this class Res CC.
3rd Middlehurst, Zalazer Un

Larchlea Can’t Remember. Dark Brindle, sweet head, dark eye, good bite. Neck
into lay of shoulders, moved with drive Good out line,, must go far. BP.
2nd Weinberger’s,
Corrie Cherie Amour. Grey Brindle, Pleasing expression , Dark points, good
reach of neck. well laid shoulders. Held top line on the move, this too was a
good prospect for the future.
3rd Downies’,

Cadagio Make It Happen. , Light Red in good coat, Attractive Head, Good Bite,
neck that flowed into a good lay of shoulder, moved very well around the ring,
good front. Showed and handle well.
2nd Fyfe’s Andrum Peace Treaty, Cream in full coat.
smaller than first, neat head, small ears, Kind eye, good shoulder and fore
chest, Nicely put together, good
movement.
3rd Saich’s,

Rumens’, Landbuck Jazz Hands. Eye catching Cream, well balanced, Good in head,
bite, stop, and eye. good spring of
rib, Moved with reach and drive around the ring. Showed so well.
2nd Confue’s
Anjofra Welcome To La La Land. Red in good coat. Sweet head, neat ears, good
eye. Correct Shoulders that flowed into top line, that she held on the move.
good front. Showed well.
3rd Shannon &
Storr’s Brenndarcy Button It JW.
Yearling Bitch 3(1)
1st Cameron’s,
Pinetop Game Set and Match For Stryveling, Red in Great Coat, beautiful head
with Dark points, kind eye, deep stop. Well bodied, tail set right on, moved so
true in front, good back end.
2nd Byrne’s,
Little Miss Tonka, wheaten, Head could do with more furnishings. good bite
& eye. Balanced on the table. Front not as positive as first,

Newfield Dawn Spirit. Red Brindle in full coat. not a small girl, Good
Expression. Correct bite. Good fore chest & front, nicely bodied, elbows
that fitted well into ribs, showed well.
2nd Osborns
Tweslam Serendipity, Grey Brindle, in nice condition. Sweet head, dark eye,
good mouth, stop. Smaller cast than first, but balanced. Needed time to settle.
3rd Osborns
Tweslam Paws For Magic.

1st Petts’,
Cairngold Gunning For Gold with Doonrae, Light Red in good condition, needs
more head coat. Good lay of shoulder, held top line on the move, good front.
2nd Williams’
Curtisey Joint Venture. Smaller cast than first, smart out line, Good overall
balance, went well going and coming.
3d Day’s Trikhill

1st Robinsons
Cruzo Caitin, Grey Brindle. Lovely Balanced bitch, Excellent head with dark
points, good in bite, eye, & stop. Neck into a correct lay of shoulder.
Super top line and spring of rib, well set of tail, moved so true going and
coming. Res CC.
2nd Moseley’s
Carradine Sapphire at Spawyche. Keen head, with dark points. good mouth, Neck
into a good back and tail set. preferred the balance of first, moved and showed
well.
3rd Shorts,

Honeyhall Hide ‘n’ Seek Wheaten, shouts feminine at you. Super head, deep stop,
dark eye, good bite. Reach of neck that flowed into top line, good shoulders, correct spring of rib, so
well balanced. Sound as a bell. CC.
2nd Clarke’s
Conundrum Sweeter For Me for Lentrica JW. Dark brindle another quality bitch,
loved her expression. neat ears, dark eyes, good front assembly with forechest,
neck the fitted well in to shoulders, kept top line on the move. Showed so
well.
3rd Smee’s
Malmay’s Sky,s The Limit.

1st Robinson’s Ch Cruzo Cinderella, Grey Brindle, elegant
bitch, Excellent in head, good out line, good lay of shoulders, as you would
expect for this kennel. Good top line tail set right on. Very good mover.
2nd Waugh’s
Dazzle Glory at Tribannon, Wheaton also a quality Bitch, In full coat, neat
head, dark eye, good fore chest, straight front, very good mover going around
the ring with reach and drive.
