LADIES KENNEL ASSOCIATION CHAMPIONSHIP
SHOW CAIRN TERRIERS 15th December 2013 Firstly many thanks to the LKA Show
Committee for giving me the opportunity to
judge the Cairn Terriers and for the hospitality afforded to me prior
to and on the day of the Show. Also thanks to my Stewards for their input during the day and to the
exhibitors who gave me a fine entry. Although there were a number of absentees
the overall quality attending on the day was pleasing with the bitches
surpassing the dogs. Temperaments of all exhibits was
excellent , coats in general were correct, although some were dirty, with
some requiring new jackets and more head furnishings, size seems to be more
consistent in the junior classes and above with some puppies needing to body
up and grow on, plus a few mouths with small and irregular teeth. Delighted to see a marked improvement in
general movement and found more positives than negatives overall with todays
entry. Principle Winners: DCC Roberts Ch.
