Midland Counties Canine Society 25 October 2013 Cairn Terriers Many thanks to the exhibitors for
their entries and for distances travelled.
On a general note the bitch classes were stronger than the dog classes
but having said that, I was very pleased with both line ups. MPD(0) PD(4) 1
Shannon & Storr’s Brenndarcy Limited Edition. A nicely balanced
red shown in a full coat of correct texture with a good head and expression,
nice length of neck leading to a level top line, moved well. BP 2
Currie’s Stirlingview Superhero. Wheaten with ample bone, masculine head with neat ears and
level top line. Good front movement. 3
Inett & Engebretsen’s Carradine Dexter JD(4,2abs) 1
Day’s Cherrycrack Ludo at Trekhilli . Grey brindle
presented in a good jacket. Lovely
head, level top line, good front and rear quarters, moved well. 2
Mears’ Glenmear Magee. Masculine head with a good bite and reach of
neck. Higher on the leg than 1. Just coming into a new jacket. PGD(6,2abs) 1
Shannon & Storr’s Brenndarcy Borgen . Good head and
expression, good reach of neck into level top line and correct tail set,
moved well. 2

Burgin’s Noncom Hugo First LD(5,1abs) 1
Percy’s Winetta Stand and Deliver. A showy well balanced grey brindle,
excellent head, good reach of neck and level top line, very well presented,
moved well. RDCC 2
Lamb & Saltmarsh’s Renshaw There and Back Again SHCM. A grey brindle
shown in a good coat, good head, neck and top line. Showed well, steady
mover. 3
Byrne & Inett’s Carradine Brian The Lion OD(7,2abs) 1
Catto’s CH Birselaw The Thrill of it All. Wheaten brindle who looks good in profile
has an excellent masculine head, good reach of neck into well laid shoulders,
level topline and correct tailset.
Moved well both ways and with drive. Never stopped showing. DCC 2
Pavlova’s U’Jinn Macdonald.
A nicely balanced grey brindle, good head
with a nice expression, correct length of neck, level top line. Moved well both ways. 3
Braybrook’s CH Cloverbrook Codebreaker MPB(6,2abs) 1
Petts’ Doonrae Norma Jeane .
A well balanced wheaten in good coat of
correct texture, lovely head and expression, level top line. Showed and moved well for one so young. 2
Dolan’s Glenrood Magic Spell. A very showy grey brindle.
Beautiful head, good reach of neck and level top line, correct tail
set. Moved steadily. 3
Peers’ Tweedisle April Beauty PB(5,1abs) 1
Inett, Clayton & Harrison’s Carradine Secret Snowdrop. A wheaten brindle
youngster, nice head and expression, good neck and shoulders, level top
line. Moved well both ways. BPB 2
Peers’ Tweedisle April Beauty. Beautiful head, balanced outline in a good
wheaten jacket, movement more settled than in MPB. 3
Currie’s Stirlingview Spot On JB(3,1abs) 1
Felters & Rumens’ Landbuck Xanthe. Full coated cream
presenting a beautiful silhouette with nothing exaggerated, excellent
feminine head with a good reach of neck, level topline with correct
tailset. Moved true fore and aft and
flowed effortlessly around the ring.

Robinson’s Cruzo Chantelle. Lovely head
with a nice expression, good neck and shoulders, level top line, Moved and showed well. PGB(9,2abs) 1
McGrath’s Brenndarcy Bit of Bother. Red brindle in a good jacket, feminine
head, good reach of neck with well laid shoulders, and a good front. Showed and moved well. 2
Keeves’ Seveek Living the Dream JW SHCM. A nicely balanced
red, beautiful head, good front and rear quarters, steady mover. Close
decision. 3
Peers’ Tweedisle Party Girl LB(10,4abs) 1
Kinton’s Woodthorpe Playin for Thyme. Lovely head, good
reach of neck, well laid shoulders, level top line. Good coat. Showed and moved well. 2
Hewitt’s Littleacorn Stay in Touch. Red in good coat. Nice head and expression, good neck, shoulders and tail set 3
Percy’s Winetta Miss Independant OB(6,1abs) 1
Yates & Johnson’s Pendley Playaway JW. Very well presented
showy grey brindle, well balanced, with a beautiful head and expression.
Moved true both ways. RBCC 2
Kinton’s CH Woodthorpe Maybe This Thyme. Red brindle with a lovely head, good reach of neck with level top line and good tail set. Moved
and showed well. 3
