CAIRN TERRIER My thanks to the Society for the invitation to
judge Cairn Terriers for the first time with CCs, and also the Exhibitors for
their entry. MPD 1 Parker-Tucker’s Uniquecottage Grey Boroge,
8mths, just needs to settle when moving, he has a nice head piece, good in
shoulder placement, nice in body, hindquarters well muscled, coat ok. 2 Peers’ Tweedisle Jaunty Lad, liked this one as
well, he has dark eyes ears well set, in correct coat, just needs to body up
pleasing on the move. JD (4) 1 Waugh’s Ch. Tribannon Karamak, cream dog,
liked his shape and size, typical head and expression, front legs of good
bone and straight, well ribbed deep chest firm in top line, well set and
carried tail, moved well both ways. 2 Parker-Tucker’s Tom Tricks Incredibly llay of
Uniquecottage, pleasing size for age, correct stop, well set ears, good for
angulation front and rear, would like more body, he did move well. 3 Weinberger, Cruzo Copper Coin for Correnine. PGD 1 Harrison’s Carradine Whiskey Oscar, red
brindle, attractive dog, liked his size masculine head, with correct eye and
ears, firm in top line to well set and carried tail, well made hindquarters
with muscle, good feet well presented. CC and Best of Breed. 2 Keeves’ Seveek Treasure the Dream, pleasing in
head and expression, used ears well deep chest and well ribbed, in good coat,
just not moving so well as winner. OD (5) 1 Danielson’s Uniquecottage Wild Dill, a
showy dog, keen expression, well balanced all through, good reach of neck,
shoulders well laid level in back, well set tail which he carried well, moved
well both ways and in profile to get RCC. 2 Owen’s Caldwall Call to Order, balanced in head
with good eye shape and colour, well ribbed, level in top line which he kept
on the move, just preferred over all performance of 1st. 3 Peers’ Tweedisile Lively Lad. SBD/B 1 Thompson’s Glenrood Love in the Mist,
feminine head with correct dentition, in correct coat would like more body
moved well. MPB (3) 1 Osborn’s Twesiam Chasing Rainbows, just
6mths, and at her first show, she has a lovely feminine head with clear dark
eyes neat well set ears which she used well, her front and rear angulation is
correct, and coat is coming good, moved with confidence round the ring to get
Best Puppy Bitch and Best Puppy in Breed. 2 Peers’ Tweedisle Spirit Free, attractive in head
with good stop and teeth, correct, pleasing in neck and shoulders ribs well
sprung, she has a level top line and a well set tail, good feel to the coat,
pleasing on the move. 3 Bubb’s Lincoly Strike a Pose. PB 1 Kitchin’s Pennidazzle Dream of Dreams, just
over 10mths, lovely for shape and size, lovely feminine head dark well set
eyes, neat ears, good front and shoulders, good spring of rib, good feel to
the coat, just needs to settle on the move. 2 Saich’s Lindcoly Come Alive, 9mths, nice to go
over, pleasing in head neck and front angulation, boding up nicely, she is in
good coat, just needs to improve on movement. JB (4) 1 Thomas’ Tycadno Yours Truly, a lovely all
round bitch, well shaped head beautiful neck and shoulders, good spring of
rib, firm top line well set tail, strong in hindquarters with just enough
bend of stifle, showed her self off well going round the ring, liked her
enough to give the RCC. 2 Dolan’s Whispers at Dawn at Glenrood, liked this
one as well, lovely head, correct dentation, good eye shape and colour, front
legs of good bone, nice length of neck into firm top line and to a well set
tail, in correct coat she was pleasing to watc on the move. 3 Bateman & Ravenhill’s Carradine Fizz Bomb. GB (4,1) 1 Inett & Clayton’s Carradine Winnie a
smart young bitch to go over for shape and size, typical cairn head,
shoulders well laid, good in fore chest, well bodied, hindquarters strong and
good muscled, well presented, moved and showed well keeping a good top line. 2 Goldfinch’s Tycadno Bright Star for Kanawha,
another one that was well balanced all through, good stop eyes dark and well
set, neat ears, lovely length of neck good shoulders, deep chest and well ribbed
level back and a well set tail, moving well. 3 Bateman’s Carradine Mon Mon Sherry. LB 1 Parker-Tucker’s Uniquecottage Fennel, nice for
size lovely head and expression, used her ears well, good mouth strong jaw,
good stop, good front and rear angulation, well bodied in full coat moved
with purpose. 2 Osborn’s Twesiam Gimme Gimme Magic, nicely
balanced and a lovely head good ears, eyes. and neck into well laid
shoulders, straight front, she has a level top line and a good tail set and
carriage, good feel to the coat and pleasing to watch on the move. OB (4,1) 1 Dolan’s Ch. Glenrood Spell Dance JW.
This bitch stood out for me today when coming into the ring, so well balanced
in head, good stop and eye colour and shape, strong in jaw with correct dentation,
neck flows into good shoulders, she has a good depth of chest with well
sprung ribs, level top line which she held on the move, tail set and carriage
correct, well presented pleased to watch her move both ways and in profile
and to award her the Bitch CC. 2 Keeves’ Ch.Seveck Hopes n Dreams, JW, ShCM. Not
so out going today as winner but pleasing to go over, lovely shape to her
head good in teeth eyes and ears, nice length of neck into shoulders, good
depth of chest and well ribbed, in correct coat. 3 Soper’s Elitecharm Five of Diamonds. VB 1 Kinchin’s Carradine Ruby Tuesday at
Pennidazzle, 9yrs, and still in good coat pleasing for size, moved well with
