June 2022 CAIRN TERRIERS It was quality over quantity today. It was pleasing to find so many that could
have won top honours The weather was kind and we were third in the ring on the
second day of the show. Lots of smells The grass
caused problems with
movement, many bouncing and skipping,
though most did settle Temperaments were excellent Coats in general were of correct texture and clean A couple of mouths
did not please Front movement needs to be watched PD (2, 1abs) 1.Petts Doonrae
Sentinel A bright future beckons this well grown r/br.12 months on
the day. I really liked his head and
expression. Big teeth . Lovely outline. Plenty of neck. Level topline. Very good rear movement. Cheeky showman Needs
to body up . I was very taken with him
. BP JD (1, 0) 1. Shannon, Storr and Middlehurst. Brenndarcy It’s Magic (ai) TAF Handsome cream/br in
correct quality coat. Attractive
head and expression.
Pleasing shape and carried
himself well. Level topline. Showed and
moved well when settled. Close
up for Res CC. YD (2, 1) 1.Hogarty .Cadagio Super Trouper. Well presented light
red/br. Mature and well grown. Impressive shape. Best of heads, deep stop. Loved his
expression. Good bite, big
teeth. Excellent legs and feet. Super outline Outstanding showman, moved so well.
CC (his third). ND No entries GD (1,0) 1 Purvis. Mosspur
Time and Again Red/br, dark
points. Good coat and presented well.
Good mouth, dark eye.Pleasing shape.

Lentrica Mystic Warrior. Very pleasing dark grey br. Masculine head, strong
jaw. Dark eye, big teeth. Good reach
of neck. Well bodied Moved with drive once settled. Pleased to award him Res CC. 2. Byrne. Carradine Howzat Howard Red/br, very well presented with good clean coat. Level
topline I liked his head and neat ears.
Eye could be darker Good bite. Moved and showed well 3.Lamb & Saltmarsh.
Birselaw Come Dancing with Macmoon OSW JW ShCEx ShCM OD (1,0) 1.Firth & Firth. Ch Cairngold Chico Well known red presented so well. Super quality coat. Very good head and
expression. Neat ears. Dark eye Good reach of neck, clean shoulders and level topline. Correct tailset. Standing, he looked
great but on the move, today, he
lacked enthusiasm. VD (2, 0) 1. Lamb & Saltmarsh. Birselaw Dark Charmer for Macmooon
ShCM VW Dark grey/br. I liked his head , expression and shape.
Sprightly on the move. Showed OK. Best Veteran. 2.Purvis.

legs and feet. Level topline
and good reach of neck. PB (3, 1) 1.Saich. Lindcoly
Maleficent Mo Pretty nine months wheaten. Still has her glorious puppy coat Liked her head, eye,
mouth. Used her ears well. Moved and showed OK. 2.Miller. Cornton Charlinn Wheaten/br. Pleasing
shape. Good head and expression but
didn’t want to show her assets today JB (0, 0) No entries YB (1,0) 1.Percy. Winetta
Frankly My Dear Wheaten with lovely dark points. Sound as a pound. Quality coat and very well presented. Mischevious expression. Showed well but didn’t help her handler on the move. NB (1, 1) Absent GB No entries PG (1, 0) 1.Jobling. Ariom
Full of Sass Wheaten with a lovely head and expression. Pleasing front and forechest Big teeth. Sound mover and showed well. LB (2, 0) 1.Miller. Cornton

Lovely head, expression with dark eye
and mouth. In good coat. I liked her shape and she moved well once settled, especially from

head and expression. Well constructed Showed well but on the move her mind

presented in full quality coat. Beautifully constructed Bursting with personality Loved her head - the deepest stop - and expression. Dark eye.
Good mouth. All out showgirl, never stopped showing.I thoroughly
enjoyed watching her moving – so active and purposeful. Everything about her was a joy Pleased to award her CC (her
third) and BOB. 2. Firth &Firth. Ch Caingold Chiquitita Quality red bitch. Lovely head and expression. Very
pleasing outline. Good length of neck,
level topline. Correct
tailset and bend of stifle. Well muscled. Took a while to settle before showing off
her very good movement. Res CC. 3.Lund. Cairngold
