MANCHESTER – 2022 CAIRN TERRIER I would like to express
my congratulations to the committee of the Manchester Show for their skilled
organising abilities and for their superb choice of the accommodation
provided – a big thank you. I would also extend to my two stewards, Angela
and Jessica, a huge thank you for their competence in keeping the ring and
the breeds on the move. A huge thank you to all the exhibitors for allowing
me to meet their dogs. PD (5, 3) 1 Shannon,
Storr & Middlehurst’s Brenndarcy It’s Magic. Well grown boy, masculine
head, correct ear placement, dark eye, strong scissor bite. good reach of neck into sloping shoulders, balanced body
to length of leg, muscled quarters, used tail well, moved well. BPD and BPIB.
2 Keeves’
Seveek Guilded Dream. 7 month red baby, very good head
dark eye, scissor bite, nice reach of neck into good shoulders, straight
front, enough length of back to match build, tail set ok, moved well. JD (1) 1 Thomas’
Tom Tricks Jocan Ty Cadno
(Imp Swe). Wheaten with dark points, handsome
masculine boy, good head proportions, dark eye, uses his ears to advantage,
strong scissor bite, lovely neck into shoulder, straight front, excellent
feet, good level back to muscled quarters, wants to really go. RCC. PGD (2) 1 Peers’ Tweedilse Charismatic Guy. Wheaten brindle boy, good head
proportions, dark eye, ears well placed, scissor bite, good reach of neck,
correct front, lots to like, coat not at it’s best.

Parker-Tucker’s Uniquecottage Red Carne. Red
brindle, a very sound dog, well proportioned head,
good reach of neck, well placed shoulders straight front, balanced level back
and body, can use his tail but not a happy boy today. LD (3) 1
Parker-Tucker’s Tom Trick’s Incredibly Ilay Of Uniquecottage (Imp Swe). Dark
grey brindle, a medium sized dog, well presented, a handsome head, dark eye,
correct ears, strong scissor bite, good reach of neck, well placed shoulders,
straight front, good feet, level back, muscled quarters, used his tail, moved
very well. 2 Hiam’s Carradine Podgy Paddie.
This is a good sound dog, wheaten cream brindle, for his size well balanced,
really good head, dark eye, scissor bite, good reach neck into well placed
shoulders, straight front, level back to muscled
quarters, moved well. 3 Peers’
Tweedisle Jaunty Lad. OD (1) 1
Alexander’s Coharra Be More Wow. A very masculine
red boy, a very strong headed boy, well set dark eyes, correct ear placement,
powerful scissor bite. Good reach of neck into well placed shoulders,
straight front, good forechest, well ribbed
balanced body to length of back, muscled quarters correct tail set, moved
with surperb drive, stood alone but an eyecatching boy. CC and BOB. PB (3) 1 Shopland’s Tom Trick’s Little Hot Kiskadee
At Cherrycrack (Imp Swe).
Cream brindle just six months, this young lady is going to have some fun, a
lovely head, dark eye, the neatest of ears, correct shoulders, straight front
enough balance of body for size, used her tail well, well
padded feet, moved very well. Best PB, lost out for BPIB on maturity. 2 Tester’s
Airytykes Socialite. Grey brindle, another
promising youngster, lovely girl, lots to like, very nice balanced head, dark
eye well placed ears, scissor bite, good reach of neck, straight front, body
to size of frame, level back, good tail carriage, moved very well. 3
Metcalf-Sault’s Cannwood Can’t Get Enough. JB (2) 1 Waugh’s
Glory Daze At Tribannon. Wheaten brindle, well made head, dark eye, good ear
placement, correct scissor bite, good length of neck, straight front, body
ok, muscled quarters, dark eye, neat ears, good mouth, sound body, moved ok. 2 Bubb’s Wandris Strike A Light.
Dark grey brindle, has a very feminine head, dark
eye neat ears, good mouth, correct front, body good, moved well. PGB (7, 1)
What a lovely class of girls. 1 Soper’s Elitecharm Showgirl.
Cream brindle, beautiful head, dark eye, neat ears, - good scissor bite, neck
of ample length into well placed shoulders, sound forechest,
straight front, good body, level back, well muscled
quarters moved very well on well padded feet. 2 Tester’s
Airytykes Hint Of Mayhem. Dark red brindle, well
made head, dark eye, good ear placement, scissor bite, straight front, good
body, muscled quarters moved well. 3 Keeves’
Seveek Everlasting Dream. LB (3, 1) 1 Dolan’s Whispers At Dawn At Glenrood.
Cream, such a well presented girl, so much to like, a really beautiful head,
everything in order, flowing neck into excellent shoulders, a good forechest, straight front, well bodied, level back,
strong muscled quarters, used her tail well, moved effortlessly. CC and RBOB.
2 Tester’s
Airytykes Excuse Me. A different package in this
young red lady, beautiful head, dark eye, well placed ears, scissor bite, a
good reach of neck, well placed shoulders, straight front well bodied muscled
quarters, tail carried well, again a very sound mover called in to challenge
and rightly earned RCC. OB (5, 1)

Goldfinch’s Tycando Bright Star For Kanawha. Grey brindle, has a beautiful head, everything in place, good
flow of neck, straight front, well bodied muscled quarters, moved well. 2 Inett,
Harrison & Clayton’s Carradine Jo. Dark brindle, again lots to like, good
head, dark eye, good reach of neck, straight front, well bodied, muscled
quarters, moved very well. 3
