As part of their ongoing judge training, the Cairn Terrier Club again held a 'Match Day' on 27th January.  Two matches are 'played' one in the morning and the other in the afternoon, different judges, same dogs, same numbers, different 'running order' in each case.  The afternoon judge doesn't see the morning match.

Our judges this year were Ray Munday (Stradivarius) and Nicky Patterson (Auchenhove Lakeland Terriers).  They must be doing something right as both came up with the same Best in Match - Yvonne Catto's Birselaw Love Me Do and the same Best Puppy - Sally Latto's Pinetop Gabrielle.  Res BIM in the morning was again Gabrielle while in the afternoon Nicky chose Jim Pollock's Erdisland Della. 

The Club is most grateful to those members who came along and brought their dogs although we could have done with a few more.  Thanks also to all who contributed food and helped out in other ways.
