About a year ago I received a phone call
from “The Cairn Terrier Club” and to my surprise I was invited as a judge at
the Joint Cairn Terrier Clubs Open Show. I was very proud to be invited and
looked forward to the task with joy and great expectations. I would like to
thank the people who trusted me with the the task to judge their lovely dogs.
Also many thanks to the ring personal who made sure that the show went
smoothly in a good atmosphere. And many thanks to Mr and Mrs Shaw who opened
their home for us and saw we had a pleasant stay up to the show.
My general impression was that the bitches participating in the show were
much better than the Dogs. Most of the dogs had a really good quality of coat
but I would prefer more drive in their movements.
