Innocent Or Guilty?……………………………You Decide!

Background Story.

Chris Roberts’ came home from shopping with a new feather pillow, She left it in the hall whilst she unpacked the rest of her shopping. Twenty minutes later she came across the crime scene, pictured right.

Bracken (Glenrood Magic Moment of Cannwood) sat with the shredded pillow. (Which had been securely packed in a heavy canvas/plastic carrying bag).

The evidence for the Prosecution

  1. She was found alone at the scene of the crime
  2. She has large teeth

The evidence for the Defence

1.     Bracken who virtually lives in the lounge has no previous convictions for cushion chewing.

2.     She looks cute and innocent

Well, the Jury is well and truly out.

The judge (Phil R,) in his summing up did mention in her defence that the pillow might have a “Ducky” aroma and Bracken thought Chris had just left her a tasty treat.

Lets hope they find the real culprit soon, as Chris has replaced the pillow, which is now on the Cannwood Bed!

Cairn Owner Sandra Sandford has emailed …

“As a magistrate, I think there was enough evidence to convict!  However, I would have let the little one off with a conditional discharge!”
