Cairn Terrier Not Behaving Badly

Jenny fairweather has emailed the “Newshound” with the following :
“Just to let you know that Ock Ross I'm The Boss achieved his Kennel Club Good Citizen Bronze Award this Monday. I was very pleased & very surprised as normally at club he is a little devil (as a Cairn usually is!!) but this week he behaved himself. For this test he had to show that he could socialise with other dogs & people he hadn't met before, walk beside me on a loose lead without pulling, come back to me when released (recall), stay for a minute in any position (he did it sitting), walk through a door letting me go first and let me take his collar off & put it back on again. I also had to answer questions about dog responsibility. It was quite good fun & we both enjoyed it.”
