A Blast From The Past

I have received the following email and very interesting photograph from Sybil Berrecloth

(Sorry if pic takes a while to load, but I didn’t want to lose any of it’s clarity by reducing it too much)

 “Hi Brenda

I came across this in a box of old photos given to me by Elspeth Hogg (Alick and Nen Hogg's daughter).  She said they were given to her mother by Bessie Shea and Mabel Drummond.

On the back of this pic (postcard) is written 'Cairn Show.  Taken in the Thirties.'  It would have been a CTC show as the photographer's address on the back is in Glasgow.

Unfortunately there is no clue as to who any of these people are and I am wondering if there is anyone who might recognise and be able to put names to any of them.  I think the chap in the trilby hat at the back might be Col. Whitehead but that's just a guess.

Could you possibly put this on your website and ask if anyone can help please?

Many thanks

Sybil”
