Update 24/01/08 – Lynda Hughes has emailed with good news……… Doreen is packing her bags!!!!!! She has been thrilled with all her lovely messages and Cards that she has received. Doreen is still a long way from full recovery so please don’t phone yet.
Update – Things are looking up for Doreen, she has had a little walk with a Zimmer frame and seems to be getting better day by day. It is also her Birthday on Monday!
Lynda Hughes Has sent the following email
“After two long weeks in intensive care, our dear friend Doreen Shorter has been moved onto a ward today. She is still along way from being back to normal but at last we can see some light at the end of the tunnel. If you would like to send a card I am sure that it may help to know that the Cairn Terrier world was thinking of her and get well soon Doreen.”
