John Berrecloth Ill (& In need of Cheering up!)
John was taken into Ninewells Hospital Dundee two weeks ago with a collapsed lung. He is now waiting for a bed in Edinburgh Hospital so they can operate. Although John has been made comfortable while he is waiting, he is, as you can imagine….. a bit fed up!
So please send him a card or get well wish
UPDATE 28/10/08 John has at last been moved to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and expects to have surgery on Wed. so hopefully will be home before too long.
Update from Sybil 29/10/08 John was moved down to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and has had his surgery today. Hope to have him home before too long. Many thanks to those who sent cards and get well wishes. Update from Sybil 4/11/08 John got home yesterday and is taking things easy for a
while. The dogs will doubtless hasten his recovery - you can't be
'down' with eight happy little Cairns around! |
