Mr John Goodyear, MRCVS will

ü examine eyes for all known defects,

ü will confidentially inform the owner of the result,

ü will provide a BVA/KC/IDSDS Certificate of Examination and

ü stamp the Kennel Club Registration Certificate.

In addition to discovering whether your Dog has any eye problems, it is important to have a re-examination if;

• It has ever had any eye disorder
• It is a relative of a dog known to have any eye disease
• It is an older dog who may have developed a problem since it was last tested.

Some eye defects do not become apparent until the dog is older.

Please ensure that you bring the Registration Certificate with you
