Welcome
To The Cairngold Home For the Bewildered! |
|
As some of you may know,
Linda Firth is currently at home with her foot in plaster hobbling about on
crutches whilst she is recovering from her recent bunion op. Alan has been great
looking after her as well as the dogs. That was until he decided to join her
in the ranks of the immobile……………….. |
|
Last Friday Alan’s people
carrier broke down on the busy A38, not wanting to block traffic he decided
to get out and push it to the side as he waited for the RAC recovery……. |
||
As Alan was manovering the
steering wheel he felt something “pop”… The poor lad had snapped a tendon in
his upper arm! He is at present only in a
sling but after Wednesday (when he has an op) he will also be in a plaster
(His right arm). |

|
Linda who was looking
forward to a bit of peaceful recovery time is now joined by Alan – What a
pair they must have looked as they
turned up at the hospital with Linda on crutches and Alan with his arm in a
sling! When daughter Amy decided
to follow the medical profession I don’t think she thought she have her home
turned into a private ward! |
