News From Proud Mum Amanda Davey On Friday
1st July my daughter and club member Charlotte tied the knot in
Falkirk. Amongst the
guests were Liz and Steve Thompson, The weather was fantastic and everyone
from south of the border were make very welcome and we all enjoyed are stay
there
I've
attached some photos of the newlyweds. Laird Dunus of Argyll,
L/Cpl. Graham Baillie of Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders, 5th Battalion The
Royal Regiment of Scotland. and Lady Charlotte.
They also
had their daughter Lady Lexie Grace christened after their
wedding. Both were
conducted by the Battalions Padre and Guard of Honour was made up
of Soldiers from the 5 Scots. The couple
are now on honeymoon in Scotland at Ardverikie. Which was made famous as
Glenbogle in the series Monarch of the Glen. (Some of you may remember that the arrival of Amanda’s granddaughter
was covered by the Sun newspaper & ITN on news at 10 when the baby’s
father was flown from Afghanistan for his daughters Christmas eve arrival!) |
