Some
of you may know that Hilary Peers hasn't been too well lately, but on Saturday
evening (Whilst he was planning on coming to LKA) Graham was taken ill and is
now in hospital. I am sure they would both appreciate a get well or thinking
of you message or card. (sent to home address) Hopefully
Graham will be home soon, but we will
keep you informed on here.

Message From Graham 15 December I wish to take this opportunity to thank all those who
sent such kind messages wishing both Hilary and myself, “A speedy recovery.”
These certainly must have helped for they discharged me from hospital late on
Wednesday afternoon. Someone must have notified the hospital of my love for
photography – found myself being taken to their photographic department;
where they thrust a camera down my throat but I didn’t think much to the
resulting image – not my type at all; much prefer landscapes. They, themselves,
must have been pleased, for on inspecting the picture, the judges found
little to fault and the doctors sent me home without any further medication
to that normally taken. Hilary’s progress is very much slower and although
finding pleurisy to be very painful, she is coping far better than I had
expected. Must repeat, the messages were very much appreciated. Many thanks,

from Louise - Posted on facebook 14 December Good morning all, just to update you on my
parents. Dad remains in hospital. However I can thankfully say that he has
had the endoscopy procedure and nothing serious was found. Such a relief! |
