We have received the
sad news of the passing, last week, of member The Hon. Mrs J Fane (Gilly)
from Lewes, Sussex. Gillian Fane loved to visit Crufts every year, only
missing last year due to illness. She had been a member of the Midland
since September 1989. Sharon Confue writes "It's
a sad day - however she is now at peace and will reunite with Julian and all
of her Cairns that she dearly loved." Funeral details have
not been announced yet, and will be posted as soon as they are known. If anyone wishes to
send a sympathy card, please send c/o Sharon, who will pass them
