"Nominations are invited for Office Bearers and
Committee. All existing Office Bearers and committee offer themselves
for re-election but there is one vacancy on the committee.
Each nominee. must, at the time of nomination, have been a
fully paid up member for a minimum of 3 consecutive years. Nominations
must be in writing, signed by proposer and seconder (who must be fully paid
up members) and agreed to by the nominee. Nominations should be
received by Honorary Secretary by 31 January 2020. Election will take
place at the AGM on Sunday 15 March 2020.
