"Nominations are invited for the posts of Office Bearers, viz, President, Honorary Secretary, Honorary Assistant
Secretary, Honorary Treasurer and Committee. All existing Officers Bearers
and committee stand for re-election. Each nominee for Officer or Committee
must, at the time of nomination, have been a fully paid up Member of The Club
for a minimum of three consecutive years. Each nominee or each proposer and
seconder must be fully paid up Members of The Club. All nominations must be
agreed to by the parties concerned. Nominations made in accordance with the
foregoing must be in the hands of the Honorary Secretary by 31 January 2022. The Chairman and Vice-Chairman will be
elected by the Committee, all of whose term of office shall be one year from
the date of the Annual General meeting. All other officers will be elected at
the Annual General Meeting on 5 March 2022 Nominations
for committee must be sent to the Honorary Secretary by 31 January. The offices of
Honorary Secretary and Honorary Treasurer and the offices of Honorary
Assistant Secretary and Honorary Treasurer may be held by one person. There is currently one
